The sleeping arrangements feature 2 bedrooms and 3 beds, including 1 king and 2 queen beds, ensuring plenty of space for the whole group. The living area is anchored by a 50-inch 4K TV, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the coast.

To maintain the quality of this newly renovated space, several house rules apply. The primary guest must be 21 or older. Smoking, vaping, and drug use are strictly prohibited on the property, including porches, with a $250 fee for violations. No parties, events, fireworks, or unregistered guests are permitted. Quiet hours are observed from 10pm to 8am. Pets are welcome only with prior approval and a $100 fee per pet; unannounced pets will result in a $500 fine and cancellation.
