The home is thoughtfully spread across three levels. The entire top floor serves as a private retreat, featuring a king bed, fireplace, a desk, and a large walk-in closet. The ensuite experience is elevated with a dual head shower and a two-person bubbling garden tub, complemented by a private deck with balcony chairs and a table for two. The second floor offers an open concept kitchen and living space with another fireplace and a sleeper sofa, alongside two guest rooms and a full bath. The ground floor provides additional versatility with a den featuring a sleeper sofa, love seat, fireplace, and a wet bar, plus a game table, game cabinet, and another full bath.

Outdoor living is a centerpiece of the Skipping Stones experience. Guests can enjoy the private dock, a hot tub, and a fire pit with Adirondack chairs. The expansive porches are equipped with a hanging hammock chair, porch swing, and swivel gliders. For the outdoor cooking enthusiast, the property is fully equipped with a gas Weber grill, gas Camp Chef griddle and pizza oven, and a charcoal Pit Barrel smoker.

Located in a quiet neighborhood, the property is an exclusive private oasis. The Little Milligan boat ramp is just minutes away, providing easy access to the 185 miles of shoreline. Guests are also within driving distance of Elizabethton, Johnson City, and Boone, NC, as well as the Appalachian Trail and Roan Mountain State Park.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Pets are not allowed. Access is provided via a smart lock with a unique code for your stay. Cancellations are fully refundable if made more than 30 days prior to arrival, with a 50% refund for cancellations made between 14 and 30 days.
