This family-friendly secluded oasis offers a unique escape where you can lean into farm life with your very own private petting zoo right on the property.

The home is thoughtfully spread across three floors, featuring 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a total capacity for 6 guests. Each floor hosts one bedroom, including a private King loft upstairs that features a clawfoot tub right next to the bed. The main level contains the master bedroom, a full bathroom, the kitchen, a living room, and a dining room/sunroom that opens onto a huge covered deck. The lower level serves as a full suite with its own bathroom, providing plenty of space for families or couples seeking peace and quiet.

While the cabin is a sanctuary of its own, it is perfectly positioned for exploring the High Country. You are just 15 minutes from downtown Boone and the epicenter of local activity, and only 10 minutes from the Mast General Store and Valle Crucis. Nature lovers will appreciate being 5 minutes from Dutch Creek Horse Trails, the Watauga River, and Trash Can Falls.

Please note that Magic Cabin is a private residence and is NOT affiliated with the Mountain Magic Resort located 15 minutes away; therefore, resort amenities are not included. Set aside time to simply lounge at Magic, where your family's mountain memories will be made.
