Important Notice: As the community reopens following Hurricane Ian, some areas are still undergoing restoration. Tennis and pickleball courts are currently unavailable, and the beach boardwalk may be incomplete. Elevators are temporarily out of service with an expected restoration within approximately 60 days. Guests may notice periodic landscaping and construction noise. Beach access remains available via the side path leading to the Donax Street beach access.
