A two-week minimum rental from Saturday to Saturday applies during peak season (December through April). Maximum occupancy is 5 guests, and the minimum booking age is 28 years old. Please note that construction continues on the island as Fort Myers Beach rebuilds stronger after Hurricane Ian.
