NO PARTIES OR EVENTS WHATSOEVER. We have a ring security camera on-site and are able to see if people outside your group comes to the house. This will result in an IMMEDIATE cancellation of your reservation with NO refund.
Important Please make sure you read and comply the house rules. There will be a $1000 PENALTY for violation of any of the following:
NO SMOKING AT ALL NO Mailing Packages to the home. NO PARTYING of any kind inside or on the property. Please respect the community. Noise level MUST BE MINIMAL after 10PM! There is a noise level city ordinance we do not want complaints! Violation of the noise/party rule will result in the police being called, termination of your reservation, and the security deposit retained. We must respect the peace of the community! Thank you.
NO Excessive guests - there is a $50 fee per guest per day/night for undeclared guests over the registered guest on the listing.
LATE CHECKOUT FEE - there is a late fee of $100 per hour for unapproved late checkouts.
