Village Amenities: Resident ID cards ($50 each, maximum 2 per home) are required to access The Villages amenities including pools, pickleball, classes, and golf courses. Guest passes available after obtaining resident IDs.

Restrictions: This is a pet-free home with absolutely no animals allowed. No smoking or vaping permitted on premises. Due to covenant restrictions, no one under age 19 may reside in the house for more than 30 days. Mailbox keys are not provided - please arrange Amazon deliveries to lockers.

Optional Golf Cart: Available for $125 maintenance fee with liability waiver required. Perfect for exploring The Villages in style.
