Inside, you will find a spacious layout characterized by stylish coastal décor and an open-concept living and dining area. The home is equipped for longer stays with a fully equipped kitchen and the convenience of elevator access. Please be aware of a few important details regarding your stay. This is a non-smoking property, which includes the lanais. Due to ongoing recovery efforts following Hurricanes Ian, Helene, and Milton, there is active construction in the area. Additionally, please note that the pool and pool bath are currently under restoration and are not expected to reopen before July 2026.
