Designed for versatility, the home features 5 bedrooms and 5 beds across three levels, with 4 bathrooms to comfortably accommodate up to 15 guests. The main level hosts the master suite, which includes a king bed, TV, deck access, and a private ensuite bathroom with a large soaking tub. A second king bedroom on the main floor offers gorgeous mountain views and a TV. Upstairs, you will find two bedrooms featuring a queen bed and a full bed respectively, sharing a bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The lower level includes a bunk room with a full-over-queen bunk bed and an attached full bathroom, complete with a Nintendo Switch for entertainment. For extra flexibility, additional sleeping options include a futon in the lower-level family room, a futon in the loft, and a child-sized single sleeper chair.

The heart of the home is an open-concept living space with comfy leather seating centered around a gas fireplace and a large flat-screen TV. The well-equipped kitchen features countertop dining overlooking the main living area. Step outside onto the partially covered wrap-around deck to find an outdoor dining table, gas grill, and a hot tub. Entertainment continues on the lower level with a second living area featuring a pool table, air hockey, darts, a bar, and another large flat-screen TV. A secondary game room adds a foosball table, a basketball game, and a kid's ball pit with toys.

Practical details include a check-in time of 4:00 PM and check-out by 10:00 AM. This home is pet-friendly for up to 2 mature dogs (additional fees apply). Guests must be at least 25 years old to reserve. Smoking is prohibited inside the home, and parties or gatherings exceeding posted occupancy are not allowed. For winter visits, 4WD or AWD vehicles are required. Please note that two security cameras are located strictly facing the driveway and carport areas. An additional Rental Agreement must be signed electronically prior to arrival.
