Welcome to Woodland Hills Lodge! Experience an epic getaway in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains when you book this beautiful log cabin, where you'll be enveloped by the soothing scent of swiss pine and crisp mountain air. This peaceful retreat offers the perfect blend of seclusion and convenience, allowing you to immerse yourself in nature while remaining in close proximity to downtown Marion, NC.

This spacious 1,400 sq ft cabin is designed for comfort and relaxation. The sleeping arrangements include 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 8 guests. The primary bedroom occupies the entire second floor, featuring a king bed, smart TV, work desk, and a private en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. On the first floor, the second bedroom also offers a king bed and smart TV, while the third bedroom provides a bunk bed (twin over full with twin trundle) and a built-in bookcase.

Inside, you will find an open concept living area featuring a gas fireplace, a dining table, and an 80" Smart TV for cozy movie nights. The fully equipped kitchen comes with a slow cooker, toaster, blender, and two coffee makers. For those working remotely, the lodge provides a designated work space and high-speed WiFi (300 Mbps).

Outdoor living is where this property truly shines. Enjoy the wraparound deck, a fire pit with Adirondack chairs for roasting s'mores, and a private fishing pond stocked with bluegill, complete with its own dock. We truly value your willingness and cooperation in helping to keep our home clean, safe and not damaged in any way.

I. Only the individual who booked the reservation can check into the home unless a prior arrangement or acknowledgement from the host has been made. This is for the protection of both the guest and host.

II. Extra guests other than those indicated on the booking reservation are not allowed. Unregistered overnight guests will be charged at $100 per guest per night.

III. No smoking or vaping anywhere on property. If you or any of your guests smoke inside the house, you will be charged a $750.00 ozone cleaning fee.

IV. No parties allowed. If you host a party with unregistered guests, you will be charged $100 per guest, a $500 additional cleaning fee, and will be evicted immediately. This property is for residential use only.

V. Pets: Please let us know in advance if you’re bringing a pet. We welcome most well-behaved dogs and cats. For everyone’s comfort, please keep pets off the furniture and ensure they’re not left unattended for long periods or left alone if they may bark, scratch, or chew. Please pick up after your pet both inside and outside the property. If additional cleaning or damage repair is needed beyond normal wear, you will be charged for ozone and cleaning fee.

VI. Late check outs are not allowed unless a prior arrangement has been made with the host. An additional charge of $30 will be assessed up to the first 30 minutes past check out time as established in the booking reservation. After 2 hours of holding the property past the indicated check out time of the reservation, the guest will be assessed a full day penalty fee.

VII. An early check-in may be arranged but is dependent on availability. Please contact the host to arrange.

VIII. During the booking process, you will be asked to sign our rental agreement and agree to a $750 security deposit HOLD. This is not a charge and will be released upon check out, assuming no damage to the property. The agreement and deposit hold is a requirement to complete booking and to stay at the property. This is used to protect both guests and host.

IX. Any violation of the house rules is grounds for immediate termination of the reservation without refund.
