Designed for effortless vacation living, the layout consists of 1 bedroom with 1 king bed and 1 bathroom, comfortably accommodating up to 2 guests. The well-maintained interior is clean and welcoming, featuring a fully equipped kitchen and a living space enhanced by fast Wi-Fi and a TV with cable and streaming capabilities. To ensure a seamless arrival, the property offers simple self check-in via a personal door code.

While structured amenities are limited, guests have access to several community features:

• Two heated pools
• Pickleball courts
• Beach access
• Free open parking (pass provided by the office)

Located just a five-minute walk from the beach, this retreat is ideally positioned for those who love the water. The surrounding neighborhood is filled with convenience, featuring nearby cafés, local shops, and waterfront dining. Guests are specifically encouraged to visit exceptional restaurants like Doc's and Coconut Jack's, which are located right next door.

Practical Information & House Rules:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Smoking: Strictly prohibited at all times
• Pets: Not allowed
• Consumables: A starter set of essentials (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, pods, and trash bags) is provided. These are not replenished, and guests must provide their own food, spices, oils, and coffee.
• Not Included: Beach umbrellas and refill paper products.

Important Construction Disclosure: Please be aware that property improvements are scheduled from June 15 through October 31, 2026. This includes landscaping, fence repairs, and tree planting. The most significant impact will be walkway resurfacing involving sanding and epoxy coating, which may result in elevated noise levels during working hours. Additionally, please note that currently only one elevator is operational in the building, and tennis courts are closed. Balconies, pools, pickleball, and beaches remain open.
