The residence features 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 16 guests. Sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully distributed to ensure a great night's rest: the main level offers a king suite and a queen suite, while the upper level includes another queen suite and a versatile bonus room equipped with a full bed, bunk beds, and a daybed. For additional flexibility, the home provides a sleeper sofa in the living room and a cozy loft nook with a daybed.

Inside, the heart of the home is the great room, anchored by a stunning floor-to-ceiling stone gas fireplace and a mounted TV. The inviting kitchen is equipped with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a gas range, providing ample space for group meals with bar seating for four and a dining table for ten. For entertainment, the three-season room features its own fireplace and a pool table, connecting seamlessly to the main living area. Outside, you can breathe in the fresh air from the covered porch, relax in the hot tub on the recently expanded deck, or gather around the fire pit under the stars.

Located in the heart of Avery County, you are less than one mile from the Blue Ridge Parkway (MP 317.5) and directly across Highway 221 from Linville Falls Winery. The property is a scenic 15-minute drive to Spruce Pine and 25–35 minutes from Sugar Mountain, Beech Mountain, Banner Elk, and Marion.

Practical information includes a check-in time after 4:00 PM and check-out by 10:00 AM. This home allows up to 2 mature dogs; other pets are not permitted. Guests must be at least 25 years old to reserve. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home, and no food or trash should be left outside to avoid attracting animals. Parties or gatherings exceeding posted occupancy are not allowed. Please note that AWD or 4WD vehicles are required during winter months, and the garage is not available for guest use. An additional Rental Agreement must be signed electronically within 60 days of arrival.
