• Residents' ID cards ($50) are required to access neighborhood pools, pickleball, and executive golf courses
• A starter kit of supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, etc.) is provided for the first three nights
• Mail/Amazon packages should be sent to an Amazon locker as mailbox access is not provided
