A lofted bunk room provides additional sleeping space, accessible via a built-in ladder. The secondary wing of the home contains two bedrooms, both equipped with queen beds, which share a convenient Jack and Jill bathroom. A screened-in porch, the signature dogtrot, connects the two sections of the house and serves as a hub for entertainment with a ping pong table.
