Sleeping arrangements include a huge master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom featuring one king and one queen bed, a second bedroom with a queen bed, and a third bedroom on the game room level with two twin-size beds. For additional guests, the great room is equipped with two queen-size Murphy beds.

Indoor and outdoor living blend seamlessly here. The open great room serves as the heart of the home, featuring a double-sided gas fireplace that warms both the living and dining areas. The fully appointed kitchen is a chef's delight with new granite countertops, a dishwasher, and two refrigerators to handle large group needs. For entertainment, a dedicated game room includes a pool table and one of the home's three big-screen smart TVs.
