This thoughtfully designed space accommodates up to 4 guests. The layout features 1 bedroom with a comfortable king bed and 1 bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower. For additional guests, the living area includes a convenient sleeper sofa. To ensure a seamless stay, all essential linens are provided, including bed linens, bath towels, hand towels, and a dedicated set of beach towels for your excursions to the shore.

While the property focuses on an effortless experience, guests have access to the following features:

• Full kitchen for home-cooked meals

• Keyless entry for a streamlined arrival
• Access to coin-operated laundry rooms on the ground level

Located within the Estero Beach & Tennis Club, the property is just steps away from beautiful white sandy beaches. While the complex has completed most of its renovations, including the pool, please be aware that some construction continues across the island as the area recovers from Hurricane Ian.

For a smooth arrival, check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. A keyless entry code will be emailed a few days prior to your stay. Per condo association rules, all guests must sign in with the onsite office upon arrival to complete registration and receive a parking pass.

Please note the following house rules and restrictions:

• Smoking is strictly prohibited
• Minimum rental age is 25 years old
• Pets are not allowed
• Peak Season (mid-December to mid-April): Rentals are Saturday to Saturday only with a 7-night minimum stay
