Escape to 'The Lighthouse', a wonderful and inviting 1-bedroom condo perfectly positioned on the beachside of Fort Myers Beach, Florida. This lovely retreat is ready to welcome you for a memorable Gulf Coast vacation.

Designed for comfort and relaxation, the layout features 1 bedroom with a king bed and 1 bathroom. For additional flexibility, the living area includes a sleeper sofa. According to our records, the property is optimized for 2 guests, though the space can accommodate up to 3.

Inside 'The Lighthouse', you will find a full kitchen equipped with nice appliances, including a new fridge with an ice maker, and a spacious bathroom. To make your stay effortless, we provide all bed linens, bath towels, hand towels, and a dedicated set of beach towels for your trips to the ocean.

Located within the highly sought after Estero Beach and Tennis Club near the south end of Fort Myers Beach, you are just steps away from beautiful white sandy beaches. Guests can spend their days walking for miles on silky sand, swimming in warm tropical gulf waters, or enjoying gorgeous sunsets. The complex offers professional tennis courts and a heated pool that is ready for you to dive in. Please be aware that construction is still occurring on the grounds as the association works to restore the beauty of the complex following Hurricane Ian.

Practical Information:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM via keyless entry
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Registration: All guests must sign in with the onsite EBT office upon arrival to complete forms and receive a parking pass.
• Requirements: Minimum rental age is 25 years old. A signed Rental Agreement with TriPower Vacation Rentals is required.
• Booking Policies: Typically a 7-night minimum stay. During peak season (mid-December to mid-April), rentals are Saturday to Saturday only with a one-week minimum.

Pet Policy: We are pet-friendly for small dogs (max 40 lbs, age 1+ year) with a limit of 2 pets. A written request is required at booking for any animal, including service and emotional support animals. A non-refundable $200 fee applies to pets and emotional support animals.
