About Property

Discover the ultimate bayview retreat at the beautifully designed Cozy Beach Suite 2501, located within the prestigious Bonita Beach & Tennis Club in Bonita Springs, Florida. Perched on the fifth floor of Building 2, this east-facing condo captures beautiful sunrise views over the back bay, while the screened balcony provides a peaceful sanctuary to enjoy the calming waterfront scenery.

This thoughtfully remodeled interior offers a clean, modern, and comfortable feel. The layout includes one bedroom featuring a king bed, along with a sleeper sofa to comfortably accommodate up to four guests, and one well-appointed bathroom.

While the unit provides a serene escape, guests should be aware of ongoing property improvements scheduled from June 15 through October 31, 2026. These beautification projects include landscaping, fence repairs, and tree planting. Most notably, a walkway resurfacing project involving sanding, grinding, and epoxy coating may cause elevated noise levels and construction activity during working hours throughout the building.
