Central Ave Apartments – House Rules Welcome to Central Ave Apartments. To ensure a comfortable, safe, and enjoyable stay for everyone in the building, please review and follow the house rules below.

1. No Smoking or Vaping Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside the unit, on balconies, or in any common areas. A $300 cleaning fee will be applied if evidence is found.
2. Quiet Enjoyment To respect all residents and guests: • Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM. • No loud music or excessive noise at any time. • Parties or gatherings that disturb neighbors are not allowed. • Keep TV and conversation volumes reasonable.
3. Windows Please keep all windows closed when the unit is unattended to prevent rain, humidity damage, and insects from entering the property.
4. Laundry Guidelines • Do not leave laundry unattended in shared washers or dryers. • Management is not responsible for lost, damaged, or removed items. • Clean lint traps after use when applicable.
5. Clothing & Personal Items Do not hang clothes, towels, or personal items outside the unit or over balconies for drying.
6. Trash Disposal • Dispose of all trash in the designated trash area around the building. • Do not leave trash bags outside the unit, on balconies, or in hallways. • A fine of up to $500 may apply for improper disposal.
7. Respect for Property & Neighbors • Treat all furnishings, appliances, and décor with care. • Report any damages immediately. • Keep hallways and shared areas clean and free of personal belongings.
8. Occupancy & Visitors • Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. • Visitors must follow all house rules. • Unauthorized additional guests may result in cancellation or extra charges.
9. Safety & Security • Always lock doors and windows when leaving the unit. • Do not tamper with smoke detectors, security systems, or fire equipment. • Never leave cooking unattended.
10. Parking (If Applicable) • Park only in your assigned space. • Do not block other vehicles or reserved areas. • Unauthorized vehicles may be towed at the guest’s expense.
11. Pets • Pets are allowed, but must be listed on the reservation before arrival. • A pet fee applies and must be paid prior to check-in. • Any unauthorized or unregistered pets found on the property may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation with no refund, along with potential cleaning or damage fees. • Guests must clean up after their pets and ensure they do not disturb other residents.
12. Check-out Requirements • Remove all trash. • Wash or load used dishes into the dishwasher. • Turn off lights and AC. • Ensure all windows and doors are locked.
