While the structured amenities list is minimal, this cottage is thoughtfully equipped for a cozy stay. The interior includes a 42” Smart Roku TV and high-speed internet (250Mbps+). The kitchen area is fully stocked with a 2-burner cooktop, a vintage fridge/freezer, a reverse osmosis water pitcher system, and a K Cup DUO Keurig pod coffee maker with organic pods and creamer provided. Step outside to a 375 sq ft deck offering sweeping long-range views, and soak in the spacious hot tub while taking in the mountain scenery.

Located in a serene area of Black Mountain, you are just 3 minutes from Lake Tomahawk and its playground and 5 minutes from the charm of downtown. For those exploring the wider region, Asheville is a 20-minute drive, providing quick access to the Biltmore House, White Duck Taco Shop, the River Arts District, and the Grove Park Inn. New Belgium Brewery and Woodfin Riverside Park are also within a 25-minute drive.

Practical information includes a check-in time of 4:00 PM and a check-out time of 11:00 AM. Early arrivals or late departures may be possible for an additional fee, depending on the cleaning schedule. Please be aware that the gravel driveway has a slight incline; 4WD vehicles are strongly encouraged during freezing or inclement weather. Parking is limited to one vehicle only.

To maintain a safe and comfortable environment for all guests, specifically due to owner allergies, pets are strictly not allowed. For your peace of mind, the property includes smoke detectors, CO2 detectors, a fire extinguisher, and exterior security cameras at the front door and parking area.
