We are back and excited to welcome you to our newly renovated space, featuring all brand-new furnishings and updates—be the first to experience this refreshed seaside sanctuary!

This spacious beach condo is thoughtfully designed for comfort without being fussy, featuring 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. The sleeping arrangements include a comfortable king-size bed in the master bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the family room, accommodating up to 2 guests. The interior is styled to make you feel truly at home at the beach, complete with a dining table for four, a convenient breakfast bar, and a newly remodeled bathroom. For your entertainment, the unit includes a brand-new flat-screen TV and a DVD player.

Step out onto your private lanai to enjoy gorgeous sunsets and beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico and the white sandy beach. Outside your door, you will find outdoor living at its best, whether you are sinking your toes into the powdered sugar sand of the secluded beachfront, relaxing by the pool, or utilizing the grilling area.

Located in the highly desired north end of the island, Vacation Villas is the northernmost building on the beach. You are just a short one-mile walk to the heart of the island's 'Times Square' and the famous Pier, as well as local restaurants. For nature lovers, the property neighbors Bowditch Point Park, a wonderful spot to see local wildlife. If you wish to explore further, a trolley is available to take you to any destination on the island.

• Parking: Please park only in the space marked for unit 132. Additional first-come, first-serve spaces are available across from the parking lot in the roped-off Vacation Villas area.
• Minimum age to rent: 25 years old
• Typical minimum stay: 7 nights
• Pets: Not allowed

Due to the unpredictability of nature and the Atlantic hurricane season (June–November), we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment. Guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement with TriPower Vacation Rentals to finalize their booking.
