During the high season (Christmas to Easter), rentals are scheduled from Saturday to Saturday. The minimum age to rent is 25 years old.

Important rules and policies: No smoking is allowed on the premises and pets are not permitted. Per condo association rules, all guests must sign in with the onsite office at EBT upon arrival to complete registration forms and receive a parking pass. This unit is professionally managed by TriPower Vacation Rentals, and guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement to finalize their booking. Please note that while most renovations at the complex are complete, some construction continues across the island following Hurricane Ian.
