Inside, the home features a fully equipped kitchen for intimate dinners, while the property offers shared amenities for a resort-style experience. The Lovers Key Beach Club provides a large resort-sized pool and sundeck with plenty of lounge chairs, a beautiful picnic area with tables right on the Bay, and an on-site BBQ area. Guests also benefit from a private beach reserved exclusively for residents and guests, ample secured parking, an elevator for easy access to the penthouse, and complete laundry facilities on-site.

Situated across from Lovers Key State Park, you are perfectly positioned for nature walks, shelling, fishing, or renting a kayak and canoe. A short drive or trolley ride north on Estero Blvd leads to food trucks, live music, and fresh "pink gold" shrimp. Explore Old San Carlos Boulevard for diverse dining and Bayside Park, or visit Bowditch Point Park for the turtle walk. For further excursions, the Santini Marina Plaza and Snook Bite Marina offer more opportunities to explore the Great Waterway and mangrove back bays.

Please note that construction continues on the island as Fort Myers Beach rebuilds following Hurricane Ian. While the southern bridge at Big Carlos Pass is open for cars and bicycles, bridge removal construction will continue until May 2026.
