To maintain the quality of the home and the peace of the neighborhood, please adhere to the following rules:

• No parties or events are permitted; violation will result in immediate eviction and potential legal action.
• Strict no smoking policy.
• Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM; please keep outside noise to a minimum.
• Only registered guests are allowed on the premises; please seek approval for any visitors.
• A security deposit of $500 USD is required.
• Do not disconnect any connected devices or use towels for makeup removal.
• Only toilet paper may be flushed.
• Exterior security cameras and NoiseAware technology are in place for safety and noise monitoring.

We are delighted to be a pet-friendly property! A fee of $100 per pet per stay applies. Additionally, an extra guest fee of $50 per person, per night is charged for groups exceeding 6 guests. Regarding cancellations, please follow the platform policy; however, no refunds are provided within 30 days of check-in for direct website bookings.
