Guest bedroom 1 features a comfortable queen bed, while guest bedroom 2 offers a king bed with bi-fold closet doors. The second full bathroom includes a walk-in tile shower.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out at 10:00 AM. Door code provided 48 hours before arrival. Pool heating available for additional fees: $50/day December-April, $25/day May-November. Must be requested and paid in advance. Golf cart requires $125 maintenance fee and liability waiver completion.

Guest policy includes base rate for 4 guests with additional guest fees beyond that number. Village Resident ID cards ($50) required for amenities access. No smoking, vaping, or pets allowed - $500 fine for violations. Front door security camera for safety. Starter supplies provided for three-night stay.
