The well-appointed bedrooms include comfy king-sized beds equipped with 12" luxury memory foam mattresses, memory gel and gusseted pillows, down comforters, and ultra-soft linens. For additional guests, a queen-sized 18" plush and comfy air mattress is available.

Practical Info & Rules Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. A $200 security deposit is required, or guests may opt for a non-refundable $35 damage waiver. Pre-stay guest verification via a secure portal is mandatory for all guests.

House Rules:

Pets are allowed (no cats) but must be disclosed in the guest count and approved in advance; pet fees apply.
Smoking, parties, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited; smoking violations carry a $1,000 fine.
No overnight guests beyond the stated reservation count.
Lost keys, fobs, or parking passes incur a $150 replacement fee per item.
Long-term stays over 30 days require a monthly full-home cleaning service at $80 per clean.

1. Guests will be charged in full for any damages or for any violations of the house rules below.
2. Check-in is at 4 pm. Checkout is at 10 am. Early check-in or late checkout may be available upon request for a fee. Guests who stay beyond their designated checkout time or delay our housekeeping staff are liable for any associated costs and expenses, up to $75 per hour after 10 am.
3. Smoking, parties, and excessive noise are not allowed, including on balconies and in shared spaces. Smoking violations are subject to a $1,000 fine, which includes the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages.
4. Commercial business work without written consent, illegal activity, and possession of firearms are strictly prohibited.
5. Overnight guests that exceed the number stated in the reservation are not allowed.
6. Pets must be disclosed on the reservation guest count in the platform and approved in advance. No cats. Please note that the pet fee must be paid in order for the check-in instructions to be released. Undisclosed pets will be charged at $200 per day. You are responsible for picking up after any pet brought to the property.
7. Guests are responsible for covering the cost, which is $150 per item, to replace lost keys, key cards, fobs, or parking passes.
8. We may use video surveillance in public areas. Noise detecting technology may be used inside the property in non-private spaces to monitor excessive noise levels. Noise detecting technology does not record audio. Tampering with these devices is strictly prohibited.
9. Guests take full responsibility for loss, injury, or damages that occur on the premises and its facilities. Guests must report any property damage to customer service.
10. All guests must complete our verification process using our verification portal prior to checking in.
11. Booking a reservation constitutes an agreement to comply with the House Rules. Guests who violate these rules are liable for any associated damages, fees, costs, or expenses, and may be removed from the property.
