This spacious home features 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests. The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully configured with 2 King beds, 1 Queen bed, and 2 Twin beds to ensure everyone has a restful stay.

While the interior is designed for comfort, the outdoor living space is a true highlight. Guests can relax on the patio or gather around the firepit surrounded by Adirondack chairs. For those seeking leisure, the property offers cornhole boards and bags, along with an ENO hammock tripod system, all situated under the shade of one of downtown's largest living trees, the Legacy Pin Oak.

The home is designed for convenience and ease, providing a variety of features for your stay:

Location is everything at The Brickhouse, and you will find it is an easy walk to everything downtown Black Mountain has to offer. Mac's Burgers and Black Mountain Yoga are located right next door, while Lookout Brewing, The Railyard, Town Hardware, and the quaint eateries and shops of Cherry Street—including Veranda Cafe and My Fathers—are just a 1-2 block stroll.

For your convenience, free Level 2 electric car charger outlets are located approximately 50 meters from the property. Please note that the local public safety building is within one block; however, emergency crews run infrequently and rarely use sirens after hours, ensuring a peaceful atmosphere.

• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Security: Exterior cameras are located at the front and rear doors for your safety (no interior cameras).
• Pets: Dog-friendly (1 dog per stay; contact hosts for second or larger dogs). A pet fee of $40 per night applies, capped at a $200 maximum per pet. For stays longer than 5 nights, please contact the hosts regarding fee payment.
• Service Dogs: Welcomed per NC Disability Rights policy. Please note that under NC law, emotional support dogs are classified as pets.
