After facing the challenges of two hurricanes in 2024, we are thrilled to announce that we have finally re-opened with every single unit fully updated and refreshed for our guests.

Everything is new again, ensuring a fresh and comfortable stay for those looking to explore the coast. The layout is thoughtfully designed for two guests, featuring a cozy 325 sq. ft. space that maximizes every inch. The unit includes one bedroom with one bed and one bathroom, along with a functional living area perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. For your convenience, the space is equipped with a full kitchenette, allowing you to prepare meals and feel right at home during your visit.

Located on Bayshore Rd in Charlotte Harbor, the Sunset Inn puts you in a prime position to enjoy the local area. Guests will find themselves within walking distance to the new Sunseeker Resort, making it easy to access world-class amenities and entertainment. Beyond the proximity to local attractions, the true highlight of the property is the natural beauty of the surroundings. To ensure a smooth visit, please note our house policies. Check-in is available starting at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. We are a pet-friendly property, so your four-legged companions are welcome to join you on your trip.
