Nestled in the heart of nature within a stunning 450-acre complex, Studio 01 offers an extraordinary localization for those seeking a peaceful getaway in Clermont, Florida.

This cozy studio is designed to accommodate up to 3 guests. The sleeping arrangements include one bedroom featuring a queen bed for two guests, complete with night tables, lamps, and a built-in closet. For additional guests, the living room provides a comfortable sofa bed that sleeps one. The layout is completed by one private bathroom equipped with a shower, restroom, and sink.

Inside the studio, you will find a private kitchen featuring an electric cook-top (no oven), a full-size fridge, and a dishwasher, alongside a dedicated dining area with a table and chairs. Step outside to your own private patio with furniture to take in the front lake view. To ensure a seamless stay, the studio is supplied with towels, shampoo, conditioner, and soap for your initial arrival.

While the complex is a haven of tranquility, you are never far from the action. You are just a few steps away from the Swiss Fairways Golf Clubhouse and waterskiing opportunities. If you are visiting for the theme parks, you are only 30 to 40 minutes from the world-famous Orlando attractions. Onsite, you can remain active on the tennis courts, cycle and walk through the nature trails, or simply chill out by the pool.

• Pets: Allowed (Service dogs with paperwork; other pets require a $65.00 non-refundable deposit and a completed Pet Policy Form)
• House Rules: No smoking is allowed. No parties or loud music. Total occupancy must not exceed the villa's sleep capacity.
• Additional Policies: A 30% non-refundable deposit and mandatory damage waiver are required to book. Final payment is due 60 days before check-in. Daily cleaning service is available upon request only.
