Practical Info & Rules: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Pre-stay guest verification via a portal is required for all guests, which may include providing a government-issued ID and a background check. A $200 security deposit is required, or a $35 non-refundable damage waiver may be chosen.

Pets are allowed (excluding cats) and must be disclosed in the guest count; pet fees apply. Smoking, parties, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. Please note that as the buildings were constructed in the 1990s, they may exhibit signs of exterior wear or outdated aesthetics, though the units have been renovated to modern standards. Because of the local climate, occasional Texas insects may appear in the home.
