The well-appointed bedroom is anchored by a King-sized bed with a comfortable medium-firm memory foam mattress, gel pillows, down comforters, and ultra-soft linens. For additional guests, a Queen-sized air mattress is provided.

Practical Info & Rules: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Pre-stay guest verification via a portal is required for all guests, which may include providing a government-issued ID and a background check. A $200 security deposit is required, or a $35 non-refundable damage waiver may be chosen.
Pets are allowed (excluding cats) and must be disclosed in the guest count; pet fees apply. Smoking, parties, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. Please note that as the buildings were constructed in the 1990s, they may exhibit signs of exterior wear or outdated aesthetics, though the units have been renovated to modern standards. Because of the local climate, occasional Texas insects may appear in the home.

Guests will be charged in full for any damages or for any violations of the house rules below.

Check-in is at 4 pm. Checkout is at 10 am. Early check-in or late checkout may be available upon request for a fee. Guests who stay beyond their designated checkout time or delay our housekeeping staff are liable for any associated costs and expenses, up to $75 per hour after 10 am.

Smoking, parties, and excessive noise are not allowed, including on balconies and in shared spaces. Smoking violations are subject to a $1,000 fine, which includes the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages.

Commercial business work without written consent, illegal activity, and possession of firearms are strictly prohibited.

Overnight guests that exceed the number stated in the reservation are not allowed.

Pets must be disclosed on the reservation guest count in the platform and approved in advance. No cats. Please note that the pet fee must be paid in order for the check-in instructions to be released. Undisclosed pets will be charged at $200 per day. You are responsible for picking up after any pet brought to the property.

Guests are responsible for covering the cost, which is $150 per item, to replace lost keys, key cards, fobs, or parking passes.

We may use video surveillance in public areas. Noise detecting technology may be used inside the property in non-private spaces to monitor excessive noise levels. Noise detecting technology does not record audio. Tampering with these devices is strictly prohibited.

Guests take full responsibility for loss, injury, or damages that occur on the premises and its facilities. Guests must report any property damage to customer service.

All guests must complete our verification process using our verification portal prior to checking in.

Booking a reservation constitutes an agreement to comply with the House Rules. Guests who violate these rules are liable for any associated damages, fees, costs, or expenses, and may be removed from the property.
