Please make sure to complete this step at least 24 hours before your arrival to receive your arrival instructions. Please note that payments over $1,000 require a quick verification step. Guesty Pay Protect will contact you via email before your payment is processed to complete this verification. If the verification isn’t completed within 15 minutes, the reservation will unfortunately be canceled due to non-payment.

• No parties or events are allowed.
• Please do not leave any personal items on the balcony.

• Quiet hours are from 10 PM - 7 AM.
• Please adhere to the designated check-in and check-out times provided in your arrival instructions to ensure a smooth transition between guests.
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and with an associated fee.
• If any furniture is moved, please place it back in the original space where it was found.
• Additional charges (including shipping fees) may apply if personal items are left behind.
• Please note that we do not have access to the locked mailboxes at this property. We kindly ask that you do not have any mail or packages delivered to the home during your stay, as we cannot retrieve them on your behalf.

• Smoking is prohibited anywhere on the premises, whether indoors or outdoors.
• Fireworks are not allowed.

Hot Water: Please note that the hot water tanks are shared between units so prolonged usage could affect temperatures.

HVAC Rules: Please do not set the home's thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling). To avoid overloading the system, please adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep the doors and windows closed as much as possible.
