Please note that certain breeds are restricted, including Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Alaskan Malamutes, Doberman Pinschers, Chows, Great Danes, Saint Bernards, Akitas, Huskies, American Staffordshire Terriers, Presa Canarios, Wolf hybrids, and any mixes of these breeds.
• House Rules: Absolutely no smoking of any kind anywhere on the property. No parties, events, or large gatherings are permitted. All guests must have a complete profile with verified ID and a profile picture. Unauthorized guests are not allowed.
• Additional Policies: Early check-in or late check-out (up to 2 hours) may be available for a $30/hour fee with 24-hour notice. Property damages must be reported to the host. Special cleaning fees apply for uncleaned vomit or blood.
