Designed for relaxation, the home features a thoughtfully arranged layout with 2 bedrooms, each featuring comfy queen beds, and 1 bathroom, comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests. The interior is characterized by an airy atmosphere, boasting high ceilings and big windows that flood the living spaces with plenty of natural light.

While the home focuses on comfort, its exterior features are truly extraordinary. Guests can start their day with breakfast on the large deck, which is fully equipped with a dining area, grill, and rocking chairs for soaking in the gorgeous scenery. For cozy evenings, head to the lower patio to enjoy the small fire pit under the stars. Inside, you will find a living room with a soft couch and TV, a fully stocked kitchen for preparing home-cooked meals, and a new HVAC system installed in April 2024 to ensure the temperature is always just right. For families traveling with little ones, a Pack ’n Play is available.

Swannanoa is an incredible town nestled in the mountains between Black Mountain and Asheville, providing guests with easy access to great hiking, food, and drinks within minutes.

Practical details for your stay include a check-in window from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM and check-out by 10:00 AM. Please note that the property utilizes a UV filtered rainwater system; while safe for general use, bottled water is suggested for drinking. Pets are welcome here, though a pet fee applies. Guests should be aware that the drive to the property involves a steep climb; while roads have been recently repaved for a smoother experience, AWD/4WD is recommended during the winter. Additionally, the wood burning stove is not safe for use when young children are present.
