The home features a thoughtful layout with 3 bedrooms, 3 beds, and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 5 guests. Two bedrooms offer double-sized beds, while the third provides a single bed, making it a quaint space perfect for single travelers. For larger groups, the main floor living room includes a sofa bed that sleeps two. For added security and privacy within your group, all three bedrooms are equipped with locks. The main floor bedroom is a balanced space featuring soothing tones, modern artwork, and a comfy double bed tucked into a sleeping nook. Upstairs, you will find a 'Mini Master Retreat' with warm evening lighting, a seating area, and a wee built-in bookshelf.

Located in a desirable North End family-friendly neighborhood, the cottage is close to everything, including grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops, and fitness centers. Within a 20-30 minute walk, you can discover local beaches, an amazing fresh indoor market, and fine dining. A short drive takes you to Point Edward and the Bluewater Bridge, where you can enjoy some of the best fries in Canada while strolling along the beautiful St. Clair river, or visit a great little bistro and Italian restaurant.

Practical Information: Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. This is a pet-friendly home with no additional fees to bring your furry friends along. Please note that while the whole home and backyard are yours to enjoy, the sheds in the backyard are unavailable for guest access. Guests should be aware that there is a single set of stairs (approximately 10 steps) to access the upper-level bedrooms.

Cancellation Policy: A 97% refund is available if cancelled more than 14 days prior to arrival; 47% if cancelled more than 7 days prior. No refunds are issued for cancellations made within 7 days of arrival.
