• Pets: Up to 2 house-trained dogs allowed (subject to a $100 pet fee plus tax and a signed Pet Addendum); no cats or other pets
• Requirements: Guests must sign a Vacation Rental Agreement
• Fees: A mandatory non-refundable $59 damage waiver is added to each booking (covers accidental damage up to $1500)
• Note: Roads in Riverbend are packed gravel. The property is equipped with exterior surveillance cameras.
