THIS IS NOT A HOUSE FOR PARTIES OR EVENTS OF ANY KIND.. We are good friends with the neighbors and will be alerted of any noise or parking issues. Additionally, noise monitoring devices are on the property.

NO SMOKING ANYWHERE ON THE PROPERTY.

All guests MUST be listed in the reservation. Any visitors must be approved ahead of time.

At no point may more than 4 vehicles be at this property. Zero exceptions.

Parking is ONLY allowed in the fenced parking area to the right of the home or on the sidewalk directly in front of the home. The parking pad to the left is NOT ours and must not be used. If used, you will be towed or booted.

Any trash bags that you need to take out MUST be put in the green trash cans and the bear straps re-attached in order to keep bears out of the trash.

DO NOT ALTER OR CLIMB ON THE WATER FALL FEATURE IN ANY WAY. Please watch your children carefully! The water feature is carefully designed and will overflow it's banks if alterations are made. There is a camera facing the waterfall and guests that alter the waterfall will have a damage claim made.

Please make sure to properly close the large accordion doors in the living room and basement if you opt to open them fully during your stay. Catastrophic home damage may occur if they are not sealed properly and inclement weather comes.

Do not leave the large accordion doors open after dark as the lights inside the home will attract hundreds of bugs/moths inside.

Finally, please note that we have weekly landscaping done at the property. Due to weather and various scheduling complications, there is no set day or time that they come.
