You will find picture-perfect covered porches and a screened porch that runs the length of the house, offering distant mountain views in the winter. The home is designed so that the beauty of Lake Lure is visible from nearly every space. The layout includes a living room that opens into a kitchen featuring a trendy bar-style high-top table that seats four, as well as a convenient laundry closet with a full-size washer and dryer.

Lake access is effortless and immediate. Guests can enter the water via the boathouse, which includes an upper deck and a lower dock with stairs for easy swimming. The covered porch serves as a central hub for relaxation, featuring double swings and an outdoor dining area for 6. For those bringing a boat, the exterior dock can accommodate vessels up to 24 feet long (pontoons), provided a Town of Lake Lure boat permit is obtained. Please note that the interior of the boathouse is used for storage and is unavailable to guests.

Located on the main road winding through Lake Lure, the cottage offers unmatched convenience.
