For those who enjoy home-cooked meals, the home offers a fully-stocked kitchen with all the necessary silverware and utensils, and a dining area that comfortably seats 6 people.

Located in the heart of the city, the property is ideally situated with Pease Park right across the street and a very nice public tennis court just one minute away. You are only 5 minutes from downtown and the UT campus, and 10 minutes from Barton Springs. For those exploring the city, major attractions are within a quick drive: the State Capital is 7 minutes away, the Convention Center is 12 minutes, the University of Texas is 11 minutes, Rainey Street is 14 minutes, and Barton Springs is 16 minutes. The airport is accessible in approximately 17 minutes. Guests are encouraged to walk, scooter, or rideshare to experience all the sights of Austin.

Practical information for your stay includes a check-in window from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM and check-out by 11:00 AM. Please note that pets are not allowed. For parking, a prepaid fee of $10 per day applies for parking in the building. Overflow parking is also available on a first-come, first-served basis up on the hill if a spot is open. To ensure a secure experience, every stay is covered by an insurance provider, and guests must verify their details through Know Your Guest prior to arrival.
