The property is thoughtfully arranged into two separate living quarters—the main house and an upstairs garage apartment—providing excellent flexibility for larger groups. The home features 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 13 guests. Sleeping arrangements include two king beds, two queen beds, one full-over-full bunk bed, and one twin bed. The main floor offers a luxurious primary suite with an ensuite bathroom featuring a separate tub and walk-in shower, while the upstairs apartment includes its own full kitchen and bathroom.

Entertainment is at the heart of this cabin. Guests can get their competitive spirit on in the game room with shuffleboard and arcade classics like Galaga and Mrs. Pac-Man, or settle in for a cinematic experience in the movie theater equipped with a large screen and reclining seats. For those who love to cook, the main house boasts a fully-equipped chef's kitchen with an island, seating for eight, and dual refrigerators.

Outside, the experience continues with a brand new hot tub, a fire pit, and an expansive deck with rocking chairs, a cushioned couch, and cornhole. For families, the home is well-prepared with a pack n play and high chair.

Located in a safe gated community, this cabin is ideally positioned near many hiking trails. You are just 15 minutes from downtown Black Mountain and 30 minutes from the vibrant center of Asheville.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. This property is dog-friendly (up to 2 dogs) for a fee of $125 per stay; however, cats are not permitted. To book, the primary guest must be over 21 years old and complete a verification process within 48 hours of booking. A signed rental agreement and a non-refundable $55 damage waiver are required. Parking is limited to 4 cars and must be kept in the driveway per HOA rules. 4WD is highly recommended during inclement weather.
