This beautifully refurnished open-plan residence is designed for relaxation and functionality. The layout features two spacious bedrooms, each equipped with comfortable queen-size beds. For additional guests, the living room includes a queen-size pull-out couch, allowing the home to accommodate up to 6 guests. The home features one bathroom to serve the group.

Inside, the living space is highlighted by an electric fireplace and a dedicated desk area, making it easy to unwind or catch up on work. The heart of the home is a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing great meals, which flows into a separate dining area complete with a convenient pantry. Practical needs are met by a dedicated laundry room with a washer and dryer. One of the standout features is the spacious private balcony leading off the main bedroom suite, which overlooks a peaceful, fenced-in backyard—a great place to relax outdoors.

Located in the heart of Simpsonville, guests have full access to the interior of the home and parking via the driveway off North Main Road. Please be aware that there is a train that runs on Main Street twice a day during business hours, as well as midday and late at night.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Pets are welcome to join your stay. Regarding cancellations, 100% of total booking charges are refunded if cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival, and 50% are refunded if cancelled more than 15 days prior. No refunds are issued for cancellations within 15 days of arrival.
