Property requires 5-6 hours for cleaning preparation, so early check-in and late check-out cannot be accommodated in advance. Issues with cleanliness or amenities must be reported immediately upon arrival. Pool, spa, and other complimentary amenities are not guaranteed and repairs do not qualify for refunds. Property operates under City of Phoenix License STR-2025-000394 and cannot be used for purposes outlined in Phoenix Ordinance Section 10-195(c). Transaction Privilege and Use Tax License: 21594161.
