This spacious retreat features 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 10 guests. The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully organized to ensure everyone is comfortable: Bedroom 1 offers a King bed, Bedrooms 2 and 3 each feature a Queen bed, and Bedroom 4 includes a Twin/Full bunk bed. For additional guests, the living room provides a Queen sleeper sofa.

Inside, you will find a blend of entertainment and convenience. The home includes a game room with a ping pong table, Smart TVs, and various board games to keep guests entertained. For those needing to stay connected, there is a dedicated laptop-friendly workspace complete with a printer. The fully equipped kitchen comes with everything needed for a home-cooked meal, including a refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, and both Keurig and drip coffee makers.

Outdoor living is the heart of this property. Guests can enjoy a screened-in porch, outdoor seating, and lakefront access via a covered dock. To maximize the lake experience, kayaks, floats, and life jackets are provided. Please note that water levels drop from November 10th through May 1st, during which the dock will not be water-accessible.

Located directly on Lake Greenwood, the property is surrounded by outdoor recreation. A public boat ramp is conveniently located less than 1/4 mile from the house. Nearby attractions include the Ware Shoals Golf Course and Olde Eight, both just 8 miles away, as well as several local parks and landing sites for boating enthusiasts.

Practical details include check-in from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM and check-out by 10:00 AM. Parking is available on a gravel driveway for up to 3 vehicles (note: the driveway has a steep slope).

House Rules:

• No pets allowed
• No smoking indoors (violations incur a $1,500 fee plus ozone treatment costs)
• No parties or events (violations may result in immediate removal and a $1,000 penalty)
• Quiet hours are observed from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM
• Primary guest must be at least 25 years old
• Only registered guests are permitted on the property
