This newly constructed 2022 gated two-story residence is perfectly suited for families and large groups, serving as the ideal home base for your next bachelorette or birthday celebration. The home is configured with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and 3 beds, with the capacity to accommodate up to 16 guests. The first floor offers an open floor layout that flows seamlessly into the backyard and outdoor dining area. This level includes a bedroom with a queen size bed and an en-suite bathroom, along with a convenient half bathroom.

Upstairs, the entertainment continues in a dedicated movie room equipped with a large screen, surround sound, and a popcorn maker, featuring a pullout couch and a fold-down futon sofa. Sleeping arrangements on the second floor include a bedroom with a king-size bed, a fold-down futon sofa, and an en-suite bathroom, while the third bedroom features two queen-over-queen bunk beds and access to another full bathroom. For extra-large groups, portable mattresses are available to ensure everyone has a place to sleep.

Outdoor living is a priority here, with a private backyard and an upstairs patio complete with a propane fire pit. The property is located just 150 feet from a lovely park with a free public pool (open summers 1-8 pm, except Thursdays), a free fitness center, and an air-conditioned indoor basketball court (open Monday through Friday).
