No Glitter or Confetti, please! Glitter is nearly impossible to clean and will result in a $100 cleaning charge.
Quiet hours: Please keep things mellow between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM. Our neighborhood is family-friendly, and our neighbors appreciate your consideration. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask.
Guests & Gatherings: Please only the number of guests you booked for—an extra guest fee will be applied for each additional person beyond the standard occupancy. Let us know in advance if your plans change! Parties or large events aren’t permitted. We appreciate your cooperation in respecting our neighbors’ peace and quiet.
Smoking: No smoking indoors, please! If smoking outside, please be sure to keep all doors closed so smoke does not enter the home. Thank you for understanding.
Security Cameras: We have Ring cameras near the front and back doors. They’re muted, used only to keep things safe for everyone.
Makeup Removal: We've provided special black makeup towels in the bathrooms—please use these for makeup removal.
Late Checkout: We have late checkout fees if you would like to stay a little longer- message to inquire!
