The home is configured with 3 bedrooms and 3 beds, accommodating up to 6 guests, and includes 1 bathroom. The unique layout features two traditional bedrooms and a loft equipped with two twin mattresses. Please note that the loft requires ladder access and is not suitable for small children, and its use is at the guest's discretion.

While the structured amenities list is minimal, the home is fully equipped for a seamless stay. The cozy kitchen features an electric cooktop, oven, dishwasher, and a side-by-side refrigerator, along with a blender, toaster, a 12-cup coffee pot with filters, and a Keurig station with starter pods. For entertainment and productivity, the property provides 1G speed fiber internet with unlimited data and an LED smart TV in the living room. Laundry needs are covered by an on-site washer and dryer, complete with detergent and dryer sheets.

Outdoor living is a highlight of this property. The back porch boasts an outdoor patio set with seating for six and a brand new 2024 four-burner gas grill with a provided propane tank. For gorgeous evenings, guests can gather around the outdoor fire pit; s'mores sticks are provided in the kitchen to complete the experience. The 47-foot driveway is also large enough to accommodate boat parking.

Located in a family-friendly neighborhood, the home is just one small block away from a resident-only private beach and park area. This area offers a picnic spot, a full basketball court, playground equipment, fishing, and beautiful views of Lake Erie. Note that while the beach has sand on land, the entrance to the water is rocky; water shoes are highly recommended for children. For those seeking a sandy shoreline, NickelPlate public beach is less than 2 miles away ($6 parking).

The location is prime for exploration, situated 5 minutes from Sports Force, 10 minutes from Kalahari and other indoor water parks, and 15 minutes from Cedar Point. Marinas, golf courses, and downtown Sandusky are also just minutes away.
