Pet Policy • Up to 2 dogs allowed per stay. Pet fee: $100 per pet. *Quiet hours: To ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors, we have established quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. During this time, please keep noise levels to a minimum and be considerate of our neighbors. *Maximum occupancy: The maximum number of guests allowed to stay in the property is 4. *No parties or events: Parties, gatherings, or events that involve additional people beyond registered guests are not permitted if it is not agreed upon before booking. *Check-in and check-out times: Check-in time is at 4 pm, and check-out time is at 10 am. We kindly ask that you adhere to these times to allow for proper cleaning and preparation for the next guests. *Late check out may be available for an additional fee. Please check with Casago Austin 24 hours prior to check out. *Casago Austin will provide a starter set of supplies and toiletries including: two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, starter set of shampoo, conditioner, body wash per bathroom, two trash bags, dish soap, dishwashing detergent, and laundry detergent. It is the guests responsibility to replenish these supplies as needed during your stay. *This home utilizes exterior security cameras *Respect for neighbors: Please keep noise levels down, especially during late evenings and early mornings, and avoid any disruptive behavior that may disturb those around us. *No illegal activities: Engaging in any illegal activities on the premises is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate eviction and possible legal action. *Damages and liabilities: Guests will pay a damage waiver fee that covers you for up to $2,500 of accidental damage to the home or its contents. Please report damages immediately to Casago Austin. *Cleanliness and tidiness: We kindly ask that you maintain cleanliness and tidiness throughout your stay. Please dispose of trash properly and leave the property in the same condition as you found it. *Parking instructions: Valet parking is available onsite for an additional fee, street parking is also available. There is no self parking onsite at this location. *Safety guidelines: Your safety is important to us. Please exercise caution and adhere to any safety guidelines provided, such as using handrails on staircases, locking doors and windows when leaving, and avoiding any restricted areas of the property. *Upon your departure please set AC to 78 degrees in the summer, or heat to 65 degrees in the winter. *You will be required to sign Casago Austin's separate rental agreement after booking.
