Please note that the home is situated on a private street with a narrow, single-vehicle lane; guests are asked to pull over safely if another vehicle is approaching.

• Check-in: 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Parking: Driveway only (no road parking due to the fire hydrant)
• Water Safety: No lifeguard on duty; swim at your own risk. Children must be supervised, and those under 12 are required to wear life jackets.
• Pets: One pet is permitted with the required pet fee and cleanup.
• Smoking: Prohibited inside (violation results in a $500 fee). Smoking is only permitted in front of the garage on the canal side.
• Restrictions: No parties, events, or unauthorized guests. The garage is not accessible to guests.
• Boat/Watercraft: Please contact hosts in advance to confirm accommodation; trailers are not allowed due to limited space.
