Discover the ultimate summer escape at Kelley’s Island Venture Resort, the only resort hotel on the largest island in Lake Erie. Located in Kelleys Island, Ohio, this destination is perfectly positioned within walking distance of the downtown action and all essential island transportation, making it the ideal home base for your getaway.

The Glacier Suite is a beautifully appointed space designed for comfort and relaxation. The layout is intelligently divided by the bathroom into a dedicated sleeping area and a separate living room. For sleeping arrangements, the suite features one bedroom with a king size bed, while the living area includes a full sleep sofa, allowing the suite to accommodate up to 4 guests. This suite is thoughtfully equipped for extended stays, featuring a mini refrigerator, microwave, and a hair dryer, with all necessary linens and towels provided.

Guests can enjoy the luxury of a private patio with incredible lake views directly from their suite. Beyond the room, the resort offers exceptional shared spaces, including a three-tiered deck across the street providing stunning vistas of Lake Erie, Cedar Point, and the Marblehead Peninsula. While the structured amenities list is minimal, guests have access to a large swimming pool with therapeutic seating and an outdoor hot tub in the landscaped courtyard, available seasonally from Memorial Day through September 28 (with pool hours daily from 9 AM to 9 PM).

Getting to the island is part of the adventure. Guests should check the daily schedules for the Jet Express, Miller Ferry, or Kelley’s Island Ferry. Please note that boat fares are not included and must be purchased separately. Once on the island, free parking is available at the hotel, and for those without a vehicle, golf cart rentals are readily available at the ferry docks and via local vendors.
