The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials for meal preparation, including a dishwasher and a thoughtful coffee bar stocked with coffee, tea, and cocoa. For added convenience, the unit includes a stackable washer and dryer and a well-appointed bathroom stocked with essentials.

Step outside to a large shared backyard, a serene outdoor oasis where you can gather around the welcoming fire pit. For boating enthusiasts, the property features a large boat dock with whips that can accommodate one vessel up to 23 feet in length (up to 4,000 lbs).

• Access: Guests enter through the side door of the owner's garage; follow the arrows to the upstairs apartment
• Shared Space: The friendly owners reside in the attached house. While shared spaces like the backyard are accessible, the owners' private deck, pizza oven, and gazebo are off-limits. Please note the wooden swing in the backyard belongs to the neighbor.
• Safety: There is no lifeguard on duty; swim at your own risk. Children must be supervised near the water, and those under 12 are required to wear life jackets.
• Communication: Please direct all needs to the property managers, Nicole and Dan, rather than the owners.
