The open-concept layout seamlessly blends the living, dining, and kitchen areas, creating an inviting space to unwind. The living room features a sleeper sofa for two, two barrel chairs, a 55-inch cable TV, and high-speed 500+ Mbps Wi-Fi for effortless streaming. For dining and remote work, guests can choose between a table for four, breakfast bar seating for three, or a high-top table for two.

The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for entertaining, featuring a five-burner gas range, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, blender, toaster, and an electric tea kettle. To give you a taste of the local culture, a Keurig K-Duo is provided with a starter supply of Asheville tea and locally roasted coffee from Dynamite Roasting Co.

Sleeping arrangements are designed for ultimate comfort. The separate bedroom houses a king bed, an additional chair, and a second 55-inch cable TV. To ensure a restful night, a white noise machine with various relaxing sounds is provided. The bathroom offers a separate enclosed toilet area for extra privacy, along with a hair dryer and a stacked washer and dryer with starter detergent.
